I loved all the food options. There were numerous choices. the staff was friendly and helpful!!! i also really enjoyed the pools, and the wellness room with jacuzzis was perfect. the hotel gym has state-of-the-art equipment, which i totally appreciated.
I noticed some dust on fixtures. Housekeeping did the basics but missed some finer details.

There are many pools available . One pool even includes a swim-up bar. the gym is state-of-the-art, with a variety of strength and cardio options for a complete workout. soft play is available inside the buffet, so children can play while their parents eat.

The main buffet features superb food. The food range and quality are amazing!!! à la carte restaurants offer exquisite four-course dinners with five-star service. bar 1 is very fun, and the cocktails are fantastic. Snacks accompanied the drinks.

every member of the hotel staff works hard to ensure guests have the best holiday. management constantly monitors all public areas to assure guests have the best experience. anything asked for at reception was dealt with professionally and quickly.

The wellness room includes jacuzzis and an amazing patio. I spent most of my daytime there. each bedroom had independent air conditioning controls. This provided personalized comfort. the housekeeping service was superb, and the room was cleaned to the highest standard every day.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and beach areas. These are spotlessly clean. the hotel provides free entry to atlantis. This resulted in good savings. the hotel is on the palm. The palm offers a unique and luxurious setting.

The 2 bedroom suite was large enough.
The hotel is aging, and a full refurbishment is necessary. Rooms looked very tired and not as clean as I was expecting.

The staff greeted me with such warmth, and they provided attentive assistance throughout my stay. My room was immaculate, and the housekeeping team really were very good. The dining options were also super diverse and delicious!
The gym could use a couple more weight machines.

My room included two separate sinks with a rainfall shower and a balcony. The room was huge and comfortable with ample space. The cleanliness of both the rooms and communal areas was perfect.
