I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites. The hotel boasts fantastic sea view rooms with modern decor and attentive service. However, I found some aspects of the dining options to be repetitive, and the location at the far end of the Palm is a bit isolated for outings. Overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

My premium sea view room was very nice, with a spacious layout, a beautiful bathroom, and stunning views from the balcony. Plus, it was great to have British plugs! However, I noted the mini bar was limited to two bottles of beer, which felt insufficient for an ultra all-inclusive stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable! Special thanks to Javid and Santos for their really good service. However, I did notice a few staff members could have smiled a bit more to enhance the atmosphere.

While the weather wasn't perfect, the very nice service made up for it. I especially loved the all-inclusive package which made my stay so much easier.
